Orders

Ordering online is really easy. Browse products if you like something you can add it to the cart and then check out by paying online. You can select the delivery date. Please see the shipping and delivery guidelines.  

If you are a business, you can create an account and you can get some specific benefits.   

We do not have a minimum. Our products are sold in cases. Depending on the product, the quantity per case. You can check the details in the description products .   

We suggest placing a new order for the products you want to add, and in the notes, you can mention you want to add this order to your previous order. As a result, we will send everything in the same shift.

Payment

You can pay online with any credit card or debit card. We do not currently support PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The information may include product specifications such as variant, cut, size if applied, and quantity. 

We will get back to you in two business days. Subject to availability, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online, and we can ship those products to you.

Yes, we do. Our top fresh fish sellers are Salmon and European Seabass. In the meantime, you will not be able to find them on the website. Returns

If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us within 12 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we may replace your order or issue you a refund. 

You must immediately inspect the product. Take photos and send them to us if there is any problem. You also can send us the temperature readings when the products are received. They must keep the product in perfect condition. We can arrange the pickup as soon as possible. For the frozen products. No return for canned.   

Shipping

Toronto. We ship your seafood in our special, refrigerated trucks and we maintain your seafood’s quality and freshness! 

 

Delivery across Canada is available only on all canned items we sell that can be safely shipped through third-party courier services. We reserve the right to choose delivery couriers. We may use Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority services for remote deliveries.

Toronto: the timing is for 1-3 business days, subject to availability.  

Delivery works Monday to Friday.  

  • Free Delivery for Orders over $200 within Toronto GTA. It will be $20 + taxes for orders less than this amount.  
  • Free Delivery for Orders over $300 in Toronto, outside GTA. It will be $50 + taxes for orders less than this amount.  

Yes, you can pick up your order. Buy online, and then you will receive an email notification when your purchase is ready to pick it up. If something is not available, we will inform you.  

We are located at 270 Pennsylvania Ave, Vaughan, ON L4K 3Z7. Unit 12  

Once you receive an email notification telling you your purchase is ready to pick it up. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Yes, they can, you need to provide the person's name. You can do it by adding a note on the order, and the on must show the online confirmation.   

We can commit within a time window. However, you can mention that, and we will do our best to deliver your order at the specific time you require.
